1.LVDS
The LVDS output interface USES very low voltage swing (about 350mV) to transmit data through differential data on two PCB lines or a pair of balanced cables, i.e., low-voltage differential signal transmission. An LVDS output interface is proposed, which can make the signal in the differential PCB line or balance cable transmission at a rate of about hundreds of Mbit/s, as a result of low voltage and low current drive mode, therefore, has realized the low noise and low power consumption. At present, the LVDS output interface is widely used in the LCD display of 17in and above.Its benefits and functions as follows:

2.HOTBAR
Using the heat of the hot head to melt the solder and connect the two electronic components that need to be connected,The flat solder (usually FPC or FFC) is welded to the circuit board or connector using a long strip of hot pressed head, so it is called HotBar. It is different from the HeatSeal process of ACF on LCD or circuit board.HotBar is usually used to weld a soft board (FPC/FFC) onto a PCB or connector so that it can be light, thin, short, small, and can effectively reduce production costs.
3. Shielding countermeasures
In order to improve transmission speed and stability, in order to reduce the interference of transmission line to other devices, such as sound card, the electrostatic shielding layer is designed to reduce transmission data. The shielding layer is made of a thin sheet of foil (copper foil, aluminum foil, conductive cloth, etc.) or multi-strand copper wire woven into a network, which is applied to the surface effect principle of electrostatic field. It is the appearance of a sheet of metal on the surface of the data transmission line, and the shielding layer is grounded with the chassis, which can effectively isolate the data line from the space interference signal.
